Edge of Darkness

Not a good movie, poor acting and a plot that would put anyone to sleep, unless they start offering coffee at the snack bar, even then you would just probably end up nodding off spilling coffee in your lap, waking everyone in the theater. Never did care much for Mel Gibson acting so I might be bios. Don't believe me, here's the plot his daughter works at a nuclear weapon facility. Where she find out something, she shouldn't so they kill her how did they kill her putting uranium in her milk, maybe her milk spoilt and turned into uranium. Cause that's what happens to milk when they spoil sometime so be careful. thumbs down.


PS. Mel Gibson is a great director I think, just wish he would quit with those damn subtitle.

The Book Of Eli

Good movie, nice fight scenes not action pack but enough. Plot is a post apocalyptic era, where Eli is traveling west, were he encounter bandits and fights don't want to give away too much info are it won't be interesting to watch. What I found most surprising is that Mila Kunis(Jackie from that 70's show) turned out to be a good actress, who would've thought. thumb up OK to watch.

Sherlock Holmes

Sherlock Holmes gets a passing grade. starts of a bit dull but by the end I thought ok not bad. What I thought of this movie is that it's a interesting take on Sherlock Holmes personality, it more of Sherlock Holmes as a drunk, that it. If I think about it, Robert Downey Jr acting style is that of a mildly tolerable drunk. No offense it works for him, look at Iron Man. Well go watch if you want to. thumbs ? I guess one thumb up, and one down.

Daybreakers

No good, was expecting more from this movie, but it didn't deliver on the least of my expectation. Their were some exciting, make you jump moments. But after that you could leave for twenty minutes come back ask what happened and the answer is nothing. So that about it to sum it up disappointing.

The Princess and The Frog

great movie for kids, which i'm pretty sure it intended for. Same old story of prince falling in love with commoner, but it's own twist on plots. So it's a good movie to take your kids to watch no Lion King but still good.

Really good movie, CGI where quite excellent. The story can very well described as indians and settlers (robbers) whatever you call it, except in this cause the indians are 10 ft tall and have some bad ass animals, the soldier weren't carrying around 6 shooter either. which makes for a very interesting plot. Thumbs up go watch.


PS wouldn't pay 300 million to make it but maybe I just cheap

Final Destination

Sucked, they didn't have a plot beside copying the first movie. Pretty much a crappy remake of of the second.Just like how The Departed was a bad version of Infernal Affairs(chinese film). Final Destination is a bad version of Final Destination. Their no twist are surprise ending. It's like watch Spike TV 1000 ways to die, but far less entertaining. thumbs down

G.I. Joe: The Rise Of Cobra

Really good movie, I was quite surprised that I was that good. action packed from being to end. really a great story line and doesn't change the original story much which I liked. Marlon Wayne did a good job, he was their for comedy relief. But it wasn't over the top so thumbs up.

District 9

It was a so so movie, with a crappy ending. I would have liked them to go a little farther than just leave a opening for a part two. I was like watching a documentary I thing they were going for that. But there a reason that not a lot documentaries makeit into the theaters their boring. To sum this movie up boring make this one of the last movies you watch or wait for the VHS. ;)

Year One

Good Movie, It was a mix of biblical stories from Kane and Abel to saddam and Gomorrah. It was the typical jack black movie along the line of nacho libre I though it was a little silly but I liked it, except for Michael Cera I just do find him funny maybe it's just me.

Star Trek

Star Trek, didn't like it, the plot didn't make to much sense if you think about it, the enemy came from the future you could get that from the ad don't want to give anytime away, the thing that don't make too much sense is that they wanted revenge when they could just fix the problem sense they were in the past, then their would be not need for revenge.

17 Again

Good movie, this plot is old but a good one, "the old wish I could go back in time and change my life shabam back in time but make the same choose you did the first time" wish I could go back in time I can guarantee you that I would do everything different. But a good movie go watch, thumbs up

Crank

Surprisingly good movie, let just start off with the fact that none of it is even remotely believable but once you get over it, it's a pretty funny movie and it seems their going to be a part 3 just telling you so you wouldn't be a little t'ed at the end like I was, Go watch.

Race To Witch Mountain

Good movie, Disney really movie good movies with great story line, The Rock pretty good actor always the same personality in all is movies but it fits so I thought it was a good movie and recommend you watch, it disney so you know it's kids safe but some of Disney movie get a little raunchy.

Watchmen

Very good movie, start dull but if you give it a chance even thin comes together beautifully. Movie about super humans but still human each having their own view of the world and their concept of justice, go watch if you like puzzling movies. thumbs ups
