Cloverfield (2008)

Cloverfield a good movie no. could have been a good movie if they didn't film it with a CVS disposable camera and film the extras. ever wondered what the other people were doing in a good action movie were the main characters fights the alien or do something interesting this movie is it. seem like their was a lot of money put into making this movie has I could see from the camera going on the real action for a couple of second but it was wasted. all they need was a good camera and a plot. thumbs down.

P.S. I know they were try to make like Blair Witch Project but didn't work.

First Sunday

A OK movie at best. Not as funny as I thought it would be, and a little bit boring something I find my self looking away yawn but i watch it, that the only good part is to say I watched it. Don't expect to see a good are excellent movie just a OK movie.

The Great Debaters

A great movie, about a team of debaters and their teacher. their troubles and triumphs. Great watch, thumbs up.

Walk Hard

Not a good movie, sure there were funny parts, but not enough to make this a good movie. The story was all over the place, lacking a plot(point) you should only watch is you get a free ticket to watch it, shouldn't be too hard to find one look on the ground or you should put it on the bottom of your netflex list.

No Country for Old Men

Great movie, the movie was a nice easy to get into story, where you get to feel like you know the characters personally. The ending was not a story line great ending but a touch of reality. Great action, go watch.

National Treasure: Book Of Secrets

A good watch, it was like a pump up episode of Antiques Road Show. Yes, I watch the Antique Road Show. Sometime, things can look like junk but be extremely valuable. Which is like the plot of this movie. I would like to say this movie is based on history but most of the things they talk about is false history. So if you have kids on are going to take them to watch this movie make sure you tell them not to take this movie literally, on second thought way ruin it like there history teacher deal with that.

I am Legend

Good movie, but could be better. the movie played out like the end of a movie with flash backs of the main movie. The movie should have being more about the actual breakout than after the breakout with flash back of the good stuff. well, still a good movie but missing a good story.

The Golden Compass

Nice movie,reminds me of the movie I watched as a kid, about a boy that rides on the back of the really long, hair, white, flying wiener dog and their was rock giant too. If you know what movie I'm talking about it's just like that movie. If you don't know what movie I'm talking about you've never seen that movie. Good from being to end, is what I would like to say. but there is no ending, a bit disappointing to me. that's why I told you about it maybe it'll be less disappointing for you because you know it's coming. they should name it The Golden Compass (part one)

Enchanted

OK, movie for kids great for any one with a little girl. If you have small kids take them to see it.

Hitman

Pretty good action movie, not real thrilling, the main character didn't have much of a personally. But he is a Hitman so he sudden have one. Did not expect much from this movie, so it was better than I expected not much of a endorsement. good enough to go to pay to see, not awesome or great.

The Mist

Good movie, if you can get over the stupidity of wanting to leave a grocery store full of food for months. They spent two days in the store, shelfs full of food but want to leave into the mist at least wait for the food to run out. But still pretty good, thumbs up

Fred Claus

I didn't expect much from this movie, But it was WORST than I expected. My 9 bucks would be better spent buying Christmas gifts for spoil rich kids or throwing into a wishing well, I threw a quarter in a wishing well but didn't get my wish (My hour and 30 minutes back) To finish don't watch it.

Dan in Real Life

The movie is base around Dan's life his job, family, kids, and his love life. At first I thought this movie was going to be more tailored for an older audience about 40yr up. But as the story progress I found myself getting drawn into the movie and when it was over, I felt it was an excellent movie I recommend you watch it. Steve Carell is a great actor, never thought of him in the movie as a actor, you know with some actor you can say that's exp. Jackie Chan, he was his character Dan.

P.S. Is he and Steve Colbert the same person? they look alike to me. Like that guy who played Spider man and that guy how was the hobbit in the lord of the ring. I'm pretty sure that's the same person in both movies.

The Man from Earth

The man from earth is a thinking movie about a history professor who is immortal. He is leaving suddenly from his job. His friends came to say goodbye and convince him to stay. They ask him why he's leaving he tells them he's a immortal. The movie has one scene a house, where they ask him question about being a immortal to prove or disprove it. their's a simple way to tell if he's a immortal or not, throw him in a room for 50 years for someone who as lived for thousands of years it should be an hour for him. I would only need 20 years the other 30 years is if he's a immortal, I would have to get rich enough to build a secret lab to see what make him a immortal and how can I become a immortal, he's being a little bit selfish their. Great to rent not for the theaters.

The Comebacks

Hilarious, I thought this movie was going to be a next pathetic attempt to mirror the first Scary Movie (with the Wayne bros.) like Date Movie was, god Date Movie sucked. But I was surprised to find that this movie was just as funny as Scary Movie. Definitely recommend you watch this movie.
